I saw this episode, but my DVR crapped out on me. If anyone can hook a girl up before midnight, I can't tell you how grateful I'd be. This reaction post isn't quite as thorough as usual since I can't go back and rewatch, and am hunting frantically for a DL. *sigh*

These week's wine was my penultimate bottle of 2006 Oliver's Traminette. The 2007 isn't quite as good, IMO, so I will be sad when the last bottle of the case is gone. Still, the case lasted almost nine months, so I don't feel too bad.

Tonight's wine was the 2006 Oliver Muscat Canelli. A nice light wine with tropical hints to it.

I've recently been writing a lot of Dave Rossi in fics. For a lot of things I've already got his canon in my mind. The names of his three ex-wives, for instance, and the fact that he has a cat and doesn't really get along well with Jason Gideon. The fact that he drives fast, and has a pickup truck, not a car. That he drinks Scotch and Rhum Barbancourt and prefers Italian red wines.

But one thing I can't totally settle on is his music.

Was listening to my unofficial Criminal Minds soundtrack the other day, which includes "You Wanna Make a Memory" by Bon Jovi. That reminded me of how much I freaking LOVE Bon Jovi. So today I broke out Crossroads. Listening to Bon Jovi brought me to my favourite song, which is "Blaze of Glory". That, of course, reminded me of two favourite movies of my younger days, Young Guns and Young Guns II (I was a Christian Slater fangirl). Which made me think, DUDE. Billy the Kid would've been an AWESOME unsub.

I now want a cracky AU CM/Young Guns fic: Young genius Dr Spencer Reid and his former Buffalo Soldier amor Derek Morgan take on Billy the Kid and the Regulators.

Seriously, guys. This is the shit.

One good thing about coming in to work at 7, I get to listen to music until 8. I wish the VP of Finance would let us listen to music. It would drown out all the people who chit-chat all the time. Not to mention music makes me more productive.

• Make an iTunes playlist with the music from all three films in order (I already have separate playlists, but I want one masterlist)
  
• Find out if the vet has evening hours because Merlin is due for his shots (oh joy)
  
• Find out when training starts for the second job (I know it's next week, but when?)
  
• Clean bathroom
  

I'll probably think of more things later, but I'll just email those to myself. This not having access to the LJ server from work is a bummer. Thank God for email posting.
